Returns

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was received. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been damaged or shows signs of wear and tear. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Replacements

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement.

Please note that we may request additional information or photos to verify the damage or defect before providing a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we may provide a refund or store credit instead of a replacement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or model, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and reason for the exchange. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the exchange. Please note that we may not be able to provide an exchange if the desired item is out of stock.

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale Items
