Return and Refund Policy

At Jyde Mobile, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. That is why we have a comprehensive returns and refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

You can request a refund or an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery if the item purchased is not functioning as expected, item(s) must remain in the same condition it was at delivery. Please, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are still intact and the item(s) is/are in its original condition at the time of return.

All personalized settings, such as passwords, security pin, screen settings, etc. are expected to be removed and items taken back to its default settings, to avoid your returns termed invalid.

Refund process begins immediately we received a returned item. The process involves the evaluation of your returned item(s). Once your claim is validated, JYDEMOBILE will proceed with the refund. Please note that we only offer a refund to your original payment option at the time of purchase and if a promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will only receive the actual amount paid. Refund may take up to 3 – 5 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank statement.

Returned item(s) may not be cleared for refund for the following reasons; if return is initiated after 14 days of delivering the item(s) to your shipping address, damages on the item(s), and/or unauthorized repairs on the item(s). In a case where a return is invalidated, a member of the customer support team will reach out to discuss a resolution.
